REPRESENTATION
I will represent you, the Seller, offering my expertise in
the marketing and sale of your property. As part of my services
I will provide the following:
- Scheduling of appointments.
- Meet with prospective Buyers.
- Plan and schedule advertising.
- Offer advice and suggestions on how to ready your property
for sale.
- Arrange for general maintenance and cleaning.
- Negotiate in your best interest to bring you the highest
possible selling price.
BUYER REPRESENTATION
I
will represent you, the Buyer, in locating that special property
that will meet your needs and requirements. I will assist
you every step of the way in the transaction, representing
you in the negotiating process all the way through the closing.
I will act as your Buyer Agent working in your behalf and
with your best interest in mind. My services will include
but are not limited to the following:
- Define
your guidelines and search parameters.
- Provide you with updates as new properties become available.
- Negotiate in your best interest.
- Arrange for property inspections.
- Order Title work and Title search.
- Help arrange for and advise you concerning financing.
- Work directly with your Mortgage Broker.
- Arrange closing date.
